OUR PROPERTY
"Jolimont" has 4 road frontages (2 sealed, one of which to cater for B Double Truck access) and incorporates 46 paddocks which are accessed internally by wide roadways and service gates. The 745 acres are rich red soils, undulating. All paddocks have concrete water troughs and almost all have border trees. Approx. 200 acres are sown to Lucerne, with oats, natural grasses and pasture providing lush foliage to all paddocks and laneways. There are 6 large hay sheds spread over the property with an extremely large storage capacity. A shearing shed / Machinery shed 24m x 12m has attached yards (concreted) with sheltered race. Another 2 sheep yards exist on the outer areas of the property. The main Cattle Yards are concreted. Seperate Cattle Yards are at the Northern end of the farm and they combine with a rennovated Dairy and new loading ramp. These facilities and more provide a top class property for the Registered Quarantine Facility for Livestock Exports.
